VIRTUE APAC has appointed Neon Drew as account director, spearheading the agency’s commitment to drive new business growth as it heads into 2025.
Neon brings a wealth of experience to VIRTUE, which builds brands from inside culture. A hybrid talent with a background in editorial, content strategy, and account management, he joins from WPP’s Hogarth Worldwide, where he served as senior account manager and regional brand lead for Nespresso. His diverse agency experience extends across Publicis and Havas.
Based at VIRTUE APAC’s Singapore headquarters, Neon will be responsible for leading new business development with clients across the region, leveraging VIRTUE’s broad capabilities including its cultural IP and recently launched entertainment-driven content studio - an end-to-end offering that includes content strategy, creative development, production and measurement.
Chloe Fair, client services director at Virtue APAC, said, “Neon’s experience as a hybrid talent and his ability to foster strong collaborations with brands align with our vision for growth. His unique blend of creative and business expertise will be instrumental in helping us unlock new opportunities and expand our client partnerships across the region.”
Neon added, “In today's fragmented space, brands are looking for more than just a beauty contest and relying on hard data. Virtue stood out to me with their astute sensitivity to culture and entertainment and how to connect brands with their audience universe. I'm looking forward to collaborating with clients to not just hop on what's hot, but put them in the front row seat to set what’s next.”
Neon joins other recent hires at VIRTUE APAC including Clive Sin, senior content creator and senior strategist Marie Lee, both unconventional talents that are helping shape VIRTUE as the agency of tomorrow.
VIRTUE APAC works with leading global and regional brands including Diageo, Toyota, Shiseido and YouTube.
