Fresh from hosting productions including Kate Garraway’s Life Stories, Cooking With The Stars, Pointless, Friday Night Live and The John Bishop Show, the team at VERSA Studios threw open their London doors for a Summer Open Night for the ad land and production community on Thursday night.
VERSA is the UK’s leading network of Studios, based in London, Manchester and Leeds, offering clients a true home-from-home experience in the form of an exclusive residency throughout their production.
The Studios enable some of the most loved entertainment property in the world to come to life. From High-End Drama, to Feature Film, Broadcast TV, Immersive, Music and Brand Events.
Last Thursday was a night for collaborators old and new to meet and see how the VERSA Studios team provide not only world-class facilities, but have put producers, crew and audiences at the heart of their thinking too.
The night featured tours of VERSA London Studios’ 10,000 sq ft broadcast Studio 1 and 350 sq ft Studio 2 - with 20,000 sq ft of beautifully thought out and designed production spaces including technical galleries, hair and make up facilities, dressing rooms, production offices, crew mess room, unit parking and the exclusive VERSA club room.
Studio 1 also featured VERSA Studios’ partner Skylite and their incredible 16ft floating helium lighting installation balloons as well as a VERSA branded Defender lit and rigged with cameras. Delicious fayre came from Five Guys, CrossTown Doughnuts and fridges packed with Moretti beers, with DJ Luc on the decks and even a basketball net set up, kept everyone fed, watered and entertained throughout the night.
