true announces its new client partnership with Feefo, a ratings, reviews and customer insights platform for businesses.

The Feefo team approached true with a brief aimed at refreshing its digital marketing strategy – with a focus on SEO and PPC, as part of a competitive pitch process. The objective: to optimise media spend and drive new leads to the website.

true’s strategic approach has already yielded strong results. Feefo's monthly media budget has been halved, allowing for more efficient allocation of resources. Notably, the platform has already seen in an increase in enquires of nearly 30 times the previous volume.

Over the next 12 months, true will continue collaborating with Feefo for ongoing review and optimisation of strategy to sustain this momentum.
