Tribal Worldwide, London has appointed Lee Woodard, formerly Client Services Director at SapientNitro, to the role of Managing Partner and Head of Account Management.
Tasked with leading the Volkswagen business at the agency, Woodard will be reporting to MD, Tom Roberts. He will also be working to further develop Tribal Worldwide, London’s client offering, with a focus on how clients can connect their business, advertising and technology more effectively.
Woodard has over 20 years’ experience in digital, and has worked with a wide range of leading brands including Vodafone, John Frieda, Ford Europe and Big Brother.
Woodard first joined SapientNitro as Director of Creative Delivery in 1999 and was responsible for launching the agency’s creative offering in the Chicago office, which he grew from a team of six to a thriving business of 35 employees in less than two years. Back in London he worked on launchingLloyds.com as an online marketplace for the world-renowned insurers. He re-joined SapientNitro as Client Services Director in 2008 following stints at Endemol UK, Radley Yeldar and Scient. Recent work includes overseeing Michael Winterbottom’s first foray into TV commercials.
