MullenLowe has launched ‘Made With Care’ for DHSC, the UK Government’s Department of Health and Social Care. Care workers play an incredible role in society, and this Autumn DHSC has launched a recruitment drive to inspire a new generation of care workers to join the sector.
The campaign idea Made With Care celebrates how care workers empower care recipients in so many different ways. Whether it’s supporting everyday things like helping people get ready for the day, or enabling bigger life moments like moving into a new place. Made With Care demonstrates the amazing work that care workers do to help people live happy, healthy lives.
The Made with Care recruitment campaign will run across broadcast and social media for five months encouraging people to join a workforce dedicated to helping others and build a rewarding career.
The campaign shows real care workers making a difference in people’s lives, inspiring others to consider a career in care. The TVC premiered on 3rd November and will run until 21st November on ITV, Sky and Channel 4.
Rachel Carr, director of communications at the Department of Health and Social Care, said, “Our multi-media campaign will help us build a bigger and better social care workforce. By working with MullenLowe, we can raise awareness of the ‘Made with Care’ message and encourage people to pursue a rewarding career in the sector during the biggest period of change in a generation. This government is investing record sums in adult social care and communications has a key role in encouraging people with the values that embody care workers to join a workforce dedicated to helping others.”
