Tohokushinsha’s Yosuke Kobayashi Wins Best Award in NO LOGO Category at CICLOPE Asia

The award results for CICLOPE Asia were announced September 9th, and 'viewers: 1', directed by Yosuke Kobayashi, Tohokushinsha’s in-house director, received the Best Award in the 'NO LOGO' category.

This marks the third year that the CICLOPE Asia event has been held. Around 250 entries were submitted, with the winners automatically entered as finalists in their relevant categories for the CICLOPE Festival to be held in November.

Kobayashi's 'viewers: 1' has picked up a slew of awards at other festivals, including:

- Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2020 - “Excellence Award”, Smart Phone Film Category, supported by Sony

- Young Director Awards 2021 - “Silver” Award”, Short Film (up to 6 mins) Category

- Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase, Official Selection

- Fantasia International Film Festival - “Silver” Award, Best International Short

- ANOTHER HOLE IN THE HEAD presents WARPED DIMENSION AWARDS 2021 - “Best Foreign Film” Award

- 6th GEMSTONE Creators Audition Remote Film Contest - “Grand Prix” Winner

- Sci-On! Awards 2021 - “Critics Choice Award” Winner and others.
