TIPi Group Named One of 2019’s 100 Best Small Companies to Work for by the Sunday Times

TIPi Group has earned a spot on the prestigious Sunday Times list for the second consecutive year, having been awarded a rather impressive ranking at number 28, jumping a whopping 31 places up from 2018.

TIPi Group was also accredited with a three-star award by Best Companies, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer. This also recognises the network’s extraordinary levels of employee engagement.

The Best Companies survey, which asks all employees to respond to questions about all facets of their work-life, identified that TIPi Group performed well across all categories, particularly excelling in three key areas:

Leadership – With 97% of staff agreeing with the statement “I feel inspired by the person leading the organisation”

Wellbeing – With 88% of staff disagreeing with the statement “I am under too much pressure at work to perform well”

My Team – With 100% of staff agreeing with the statement “My team is fun to work with”

Following this incredible accolade from Best Companies, the agency group will celebrate the award by taking part in National Best Companies Day on Friday March 1st, 2019. This will be followed by a company night out to thank the team for their valued contribution in growing the group's success.
