Three Alcohol Campaigns That Put Production First

Production partner ANOTHER looks back at its Chase Gin, Johnnie Walker, and Ciroc campaigns, unveiling the strategic process behind them

Having delivered over 350 campaigns both directly and in close collaboration with leading creative agencies, production company ANOTHER has applied its unique production process to some of the world’s leading brands, including as Diageo’s decoupled production partner since 2017. 

Speaking from over 25 years of experience, founding partners Helen Parker and Tanja Adams here unveil the production process behind the scenes of three of their recent alcohol commercials. Reflecting on their Chase Gin campaign, which launched last month, they also comment on projects for Johnnie Walker and Ciroc.


Chase Gin


To accelerate this multi-channel campaign, ANOTHER streamlined the creative production process by integrating planning from the outset with its decoupled production model, delivering tangible cost and time savings. 

With diversity and sustainability as its founding principles, the team also prioritised local procurement and supply chains to deliver authentic and inclusive campaigns supported by market-leading performance analytics.


Helen Parker, founding partner at ANOTHER, comments: “For this campaign, we worked with a large set of deliverables including a 30’’, 20”, 6’’ cut downs, two brand social films and six recipe videos. Collaborating closely with creative agency St Luke’s, we ensured the project was achievable within the budget and time constraints while still delivering a creatively excellent campaign.“

For this campaign of 653 films and 50 stills assets, the specialist team at ANOTHER applied their experience to drive a clear understanding of the deliverables needed from the outset, leveraging smarter ways of working throughout the production process to achieve more agile solutions while outputting high calibre creative.

ANOTHER also laid clear oversight on the production spend and maintained laser-focus on efficiency, working to make budgets go further and limit unnecessary reworks of the brief. 


Tanja Adams, founding partner at ANOTHER, explains: “Working collaboratively with Analogue Folk helped us deliver the huge number of assets required for this global rebrand. Our agile model leveraged large cost savings for the brand, without compromising on the high level of creative output.”


Ciroc


With extensive worldwide production expertise and contacts, ANOTHER worked closely with creative agency Hey Human and moved quickly to produce this Ciroc campaign. ANOTHER applied its agile end-to-end processes allowing for peace of mind across the entire production process. 


Helen says: “These three beautiful films by Hey Human starring supermodel Winnie Harlow, Bimini Bon-Boulash, and rap duo Krept & Konan, directed by the talented Meeks and Frost, had us working to a tight delivery timeline of one month. Our production mindset was at the forefront in ensuring the production was delivered on time and to budget.”
