The UK’s leading online bathroom retailer, VictoriaPlum.com today launches The Fountain; an online film conceived and directed by creative agency Alpha Century with special effects by The Machine Shop. The video, backed by Maurice Chevalier’s classic track ‘You were meant for me’, features a giant fountain constructed entirely from VictoriaPlum.com bathroom products. The video will be housed on the brand’s newly designed website and shared across its various social media channels, as well as YouTube pre-rolls.
The video opens with an aerial shot of a picturesque town square. Unsuspecting members of the public in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire, catch a glimpse of an animatronic carousel, made solely from VictoriaPlum.com’s bathroom products. The five metre tall structure features six bathtubs arranged like the petals of a flower that hold six toilets and four basins on top of one another.
Once fully revealed, the construction begins to spin and come to life as water flows from the basin and bath taps to fill the vessels and water is sprayed from the shower heads as the structure spins.
In an explosion of fun and creativity The Fountain creates a sense of celebration reflecting VictoriaPlum.com’s launch of its rebrand. The Fountain showcases the wide range of product available and re-enforces the brand’s support for stylish, design-led and imaginative bathroom concepts.
