The UK’s Leading Mentorship Programme for Adland’s LGBTQ+ Community Returns

The Outvertising Mentor Programme is once again recruiting mentees and mentors for it’s 2022 intake. The programme exists to provide vital support and guidance to those who are LGBTQ+ and either early in their careers or looking to break into the advertising industry.

The programme gives mentees 6 months of focused support, including monthly or fortnightly mentoring sessions from industry leaders – both allies and LGBTQ+ professionals – in addition to Outvertising-run sessions and check-ins.

Applications are open until April 30 2022 with the programme due to begin in May. Anyone interested in being a mentee or mentor can apply via an online form, after which they will be paired based on backgrounds, skills and professional interests.

- Over 100 mentors have taken part in the programme

- 800 hours of mentoring facilitated
