A brand has values, personality, and a message to deliver, and is looking to speak to a certain type of person.

The most impactful way to communicate all of this is to find the right voice to say the words you want people to hear.

Someone that connects, and connects for reasons that are fundamental to the brand.

Consumers are increasingly focussed on whether a brand feels authentic to them or not. After all we're buying the feeling, not the product, so the damage that can be done by a lack of authenticity is hard to overstate.

Which means finding the right brand voice is as important as selecting the right director.
