The Essential List: Rob Short
Since graduating as a graphic designer in 1997, Rob has accumulated a wealth of experience from over 25 years in the industry. In 2013, while working freelance, he took on a project with 2LK and the rest is history! Rob demonstrated natural people skills and moved through various positions, including head of 2D and studio manager, before becoming head of people. His role covers three areas: Talent, Development and Wellbeing. Fun and outgoing, with a permanent smile on his face, he is passionate about promoting future generations.
