The Essential List: Pablo Muñoz
Pablo Muñoz began his career in 1986 in Compañía des Ideas Mágicas, a forerunner of the branded entertainment agencies in Spain. These days he’s President and CEO of FCB Spain and Executive Vice President of the Spanish Branded Content Marketing Association (BCMA). He’s been on the Cannes Lions Branded Content Jury and is author of the book ‘Engagement Marketing’ published in 2008. He’s also director of the Carlos III University Master’s course in Branded Content & Transmedia Communications.
Since he published his first article in 2004 talking about branded content and entertainment, he has given lectures and workshops at some major universities and colleges in Spain and has been columnist and regular contributor to major publications and magazines in Spain
He’s also passionate about sailing; in fact, he’s a qualified Yachtmaster Offshore and plays piano and saxophone in his spare time. To get a flavour for the kind of person who achieves all of this, we convinced him to share his Essential List.
