Jan was lead designer of the international MINI brand relaunch in 2015, which defined the current flat design logo trend and the Beyond Car category in the automotive sector.
Jan started, before studying at the Berlin University of the Arts with Prof. Fons Hickmann, as Junior Art Director at Gestalten Verlag, where he created the record cover of German Hip Hop artist Peter Fox. In 2008, Jan joined the German-language ADC award-winning media, tech and music print magazine "De:Bug", which he accompanied from then on as art director.
