The Chase Creative Consultants has appointed Claire Parker as its new group creative partner, to succeed current creative head and Chase co-founder Ben Casey as he transitions to the role of co-chair.
Claire’s role at The Chase will encompass both commercial and creative responsibilities. She will oversee a team of 30 people across their Manchester and London studios, as well as working with agency clients, and will report to Ben Casey, who will now share the chair role with Bev Hutchinson.
Claire joins The Chase from Design Bridge working across its North America and Amsterdam studios for nearly 18 years, most recently as ECD and managing partner in its New York office. During her tenure, she led the studio's growth from 27 to 70 team members, with revenues doubling in that period.
Throughout her career, Claire has worked at several leading creative and advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Dentsu Young & Rubicam. She has worked across six countries and travelled to more than 50. The move to The Chase marks Claire’s return to the UK after three decades.
Her work has won countless awards, resulting in Claire being part of juries at D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clios, One Show, New York Festivals and FAB.
On Claire’s appointment, Ben Casey said, “I’m delighted that The Chase has wooed Claire back to home soil, bringing her extraordinary international experience and talent to our team. Claire’s deep understanding of both the design and advertising worlds is rare—she’s navigated everything from FMCG to fashion —always bringing out a brand’s truth and character. The mediums may evolve, but our commitment to pin-sharp thinking remains constant. Claire shares this vision, and I’m confident her passion for collaboration and smart, creative thinking will help us continue to deliver solutions that genuinely matter.”
Claire Parker added, “Joining The Chase feels like a full-circle moment for me. Studying at Preston Polytechnic (now UCLAN) on a course that Ben Casey himself helped shape into one of the most respected programs in the industry laid the foundation for everything I love about design. The course had a reputation for excellence and instilled in its students a deep sense of purpose and creativity that resonated across the field. The Chase has always been the agency I admired from afar, and now, to be part of leading this talented team is a true privilege."
