Modern planning is about curating culture and helping brands shift societal norms in a truthful and credible way. And at Brooklyn it’s the genuinely collaborative partnership between strategy and creative that allows us to design earned first strategies that lead to breakthrough creative work. I’m incredibly excited about working with Will and Kim in their new role and to lead this talented and brave group of Brooklynites into a new era of advertising.”
George Bryant, founder & global ECD, The Brooklyn Brothers, said “As an agency we focus on helping brands to rise above the noise and have a place in culture. Tarek, Kim and Will are going to be pivotal in leading the creation of bold, modern Brooklyn-style work that is embedded in culture to truly innovate and transform our clients’ businesses.”
