The Brave New Now Appointed to Launch Business & Leisure Complex

Omnam Investment Group appoints agency for €80 million business

Omnam Investment Group have announced the appointment of Amsterdam agency The Brave New Now to position and launch their new €80 million business and leisure complex. 

Situated in Amsterdam West, the complex will cover 45,000sqm and will be the largest convention hotel centre in Amsterdam when it opens its doors in 2016. Omnam Investment Group CEO David Zisser identified the complex as “an opportunity to be the catalyst for regeneration of this key Amsterdam location, mirroring similar redevelopments in major cities around the world, such as Shoreditch located in the East End of London, or the Bronx located north of Manhattan.”

The building comprises 28,000sqm conference hotel offering 500 guest rooms designed by world-renowned award-winning designer and interior architect Karim Rashid. It will be a global destination for tourists and locals as well as business travellers coming into Amsterdam, with key functions of the complex being operated by international players.

The Brave New Now have pulled in some impressive projects from global brands such as Kellogg’s and Gruppo Campari, since launching at the end of last year.  This latest appointment further establishes the agency as a serious contender, both locally and internationally.

Founded by Hazel Livingstone, Roger Leebody and Gillian Glendinning, The Brave New Now is built on over 50 years’ collective experience in advertising and has a refreshingly straightforward, no ego approach.
