TBWA\Korea Wins Black Yak

Black Yak, Korea's number one outdoor clothing and equipment brand, has appointed TBWA\ Korea to manage its creative and media account.

 

The appointment of the agency follows two pitches against four local agencies.

 

TBWA\ Korea will be working with Black Yak to further develop the brand's identity and strengthen brand power.

 

The first half of the forthcoming campaign will launch in February, running for three months. The second half campaign will launch in September and run until the end of 2014.

 

Founded in 1973, Black Yak is a leading Korean outdoor manufacturer specializing in outerwear, jackets, footwear and backpacks. Black Yak is establishing a business presence in Europe as well as other parts of Asia.
