Mergers and acquisitions principal joins premier influencer marketing platform to help it achieve and exceed growth goals

Tagger Media has added Wayne Kimball Jr. as its newest advisor and board member. Kimball brings a wealth of experience in global business, growth strategy, and enterprise transformation that will serve to accelerate Tagger’s growth plans. He joins Ryan Mandl, managing director at Five Elms Capital and Mark Cikowski, associate at Cooley LLP, on the board, headed up by Tagger founder and president Peter Kennedy, co-founder Dick Hillenbrand, and CEO Dave Dickman.

"We’re excited to welcome Wayne to Tagger’s board,” said Dave Dickman, CEO at Tagger. "As we continue to expand, Wayne’s diverse background and global SaaS experience will be extremely valuable to the Tagger team. A respected leader, Wayne has a proven track record of accelerating and innovating companies."

In addition to his role at Tagger, Kimball currently serves as principal for Google Cloud's Mergers and Acquisitions business. He founded Google Black+TechAmplify, an initiative to accelerate the growth and sustainability of traditionally untapped, diverse startups, and serves as its global lead. Previously, Kimball served in corporate strategy leadership roles at Accenture and the ActOne Group, specializing in enterprise transformation and go-to-market strategy.

“Tagger is a platform built by marketers for marketers. It leads the way in influencer marketing for brands and agencies alike, adding unparalleled value across the brand marketing and social commerce ecosystems,” said Kimball. “I look forward to partnering with Tagger’s executive leadership, whose passion and commitment I’ve seen firsthand, to help take the company to the next level.”

Wayne has advised Tagger’s leadership since January and joins the board in a formal capacity immediately.
