System1 Platform Revenues Surge by 55%

System1, the marketing decision-making platform, has today announced via its latest quarterly trading update that platform revenues have risen by 55%, driven by the adoption of new clients across a wide range of sectors. 

The company’s trading update, for the quarter ended 30 September 2023, shows that revenue for its ‘Predict Your’ suite of products grew from £3.2m in Q2 FY23 to £5.0m in FY24 (a 57% increase), while revenue for its ‘Improve Your’ products grew to £1m (up 49%), bringing total platform revenues to £6m, up 55% year-on-year. 

Total Group revenue, including non-platform consultancy, grew by £1.9m, or 35%, on Q2 FY23, with particularly strong growth seen in Europe and the UK. 

Across the first half of the year, profit margins are expected to reach 87%, up 5.5 percentage points on H1 FY23. The company has won over 100 new clients in H1, including a global top three advertiser, a leading global breakfast foods company, a leading European car manufacturer, a leading budget airline, a ‘big four’ UK supermarket, and a multinational consumer goods company. 

In addition to the growth of its client base, System1 has also expanded its strategic partnerships and industry thought leadership activity in recent months: the company has published and road-showed at Cannes and MADfest London four separate thought leadership pieces on creative effectiveness in collaboration with four new partners, namely, Pinterest (digital advertising in Europe); Finecast (addressable TV advertising US, UK Canada, Australia); Teads (mobile advertising US and UK); and JCDecaux (out-of-home advertising US and UK).
