The Monkeys Aotearoa, part of Accenture Song, is welcoming Stevie Weber as chief strategy officer
As a driver of transformative growth and purpose-led marketing across advertising and customer experience, Stevie will join the leadership team of Accenture Song and The Monkeys.

Weber started her career in Sydney, working at Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, before moving to Jakarta, Indonesia, where she ran the APAC regional and global strategy for several key accounts from Lowe. After five years she headed to Singapore, where she led the global strategy for GSK and Unilever across agencies Grey and Edelman.

In 2017, Stevie relocated to New Zealand where she worked at Publicis Media, FCB and dentsu, leading strategy teams across media, creative and design and experience practices. Most recently, Weber has led a diverse, cross-functional team of strategists to develop integrated and disruptive strategies that change people's experience of brands, categories and businesses.

Commenting on her new role, Stevie says, “The mix of business consultancy, creative agency and technology powerhouse is the perfect combination vital to be genuinely customer centric in today’s world. This combination matches my career journey and passion to bring these forces together.”

The Monkeys Aotearoa chief business officer Storm Day adds, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Stevie to our growing team at Accenture Song. Our shared passion to work with purpose-led organisations to join up brand and experience for customers is exciting. We are on a mission to close the brand experience gap in New Zealand and Stevie’s incredible experience and energy is going to accelerate that growth.”
