Social Element Appoints New Head of Strategy to Its Growing Leadership Team

Social Element, the global social media agency, has appointed Tom Quantrell-Cousins Langan as its new head of strategy. Tom brings a wealth of industry experience to the agency, having started his career at Haymarket publishing and serving as strategy director for T&Pm prior to joining Social Element.

Having held key roles across various sides of the industry, exploring the media owner and client side, as well as working in both media and creative agencies, Tom brings the perfect balance of artistic passion and strategic acumen.

As Tom steps up to his new role, he will be replacing seasoned strategist Cath Weston who previously led the department on a fixed-term contract. Tom will be responsible for leading a growing team of talented strategists, and will work to improve the agency’s strategic output across brand, creative and social for new and existing clients. He will also help define the agency’s strategic positioning and shape the narrative of the wider agency.
