Here's a way to get your brand out there: chemistry. No, we're not talking about mixing potions to cause an explosion in some kind of gone-a-bit-far prankvertising stunt, but a more natural chemistry. The kind that can garner more than 23million views in less than 48 hours.
On a basic level 'First Kiss' does what it says on the tin. The video for LA fashion label Wren features 20 complete strangers kissing. But look past that and we can see much more. There's the tentativeness to which each couple approach each other. The stiff chat in attempt to break the understandably thick ice. And then there's the crescendo of the actual kisses. Some break past the initial awkwardness and exude an aura of long-lost lovers meeting once again, whereas others indulge in a peck on the lips and an awkward hug.
It's a beautifully simple idea that's been nailed expertly by director Tatia Pilieva.
And what more, the Internet has already mustered its first parody (yes, we're predicting many more). This one's from British frozen yoghurt chain Snog, who has released a short film of people partaking in, well, snogging - a word that, for those of you that don't know, is slang for kissing in Britain.
UPDATE: 'First Handjob' parody launches. Prepare to feel uncomfortable.
