At Big Sync Music, last Thursday, 10th December, the company transformed its 8th floor reception area into an exclusive, private acoustic evening session for Gabrielle Aplin and Saint Raymond. The two British singer songwriters, both signed to Warner Music took time out of their tour schedules to perform for Big Sync's intimate party of VIPs.
With the London Eye and the OXO Tower providing the perfect backdrop, guests enjoyed complementary drinks as they waited for the gig to begin.
Callum Burrows, from Nottingham, whose stage name is Saint Raymond, performed first and gave a fresh, energetic and moving set featuring songs taken from his debut album Young Blood, including ‘Come Back to You’ and ‘Never Let You Go’.
Guests were then treated to a flawless performance by Gabrielle Aplin, famous for her folk inspired songs and graceful covers. She introduced several tracks from her new album 'Light Up The Dark', including ‘Hurt’ and ‘Coming Home’.
Big Sync Music Supervisor, Sergio Pimentel, said: “We were privileged to have these two artists play for us at our closing session of 2015. Our guests were all excited to hear them play and there was much buzz in the room about relative newcomer, Saint Raymond. Our thanks go to Gabrielle and Callum and also to Warner Music for making it possible. We’re looking forward to the first session of 2016, so watch this space for more details.”
