sparkling mineral water brand enlists Strike Anywhere to produce serene and funny ads

Rambler has partnered with director Pete Marquis and esteemed creative studio Strike Anywhere on their latest campaign, 'Get Limestoned.' Based in Austin, TX, Rambler Sparkling Water showcases the genesis of its brand with a mineral-infused Texan swimming hole - the central inspiration for creating limestone mineral water - serving as the filming location for 'Get Limestoned.'

Delivering on the pun, the ads feature a highly laid-back, presumably naked man idly plucking a guitar and drinking Rambler Sparkling Water while floating downstream a lazy river on an innertube. The film closes with the tagline: 'Get limestoned on the taste of Rambler.'

Strike Anywhere’s Pete Marquis says of his directorial vision, “I instantly fell in love with the line. Kudos to Mike and Carter for coming up with it. Having a line like ‘Get Limestoned’ from an Austin company just created a vibe and really dictated for me what this spot wanted to be. It’s laid back. Free-spirited. And totally at peace with getting a little weird. A great line like that creates a clear vision and also comes with a bit of pressure because everything needs to live up to it. But once we found the right river and James Hal Hardy showed up acting like he was one with it – my job became almost too easy. I just had to remember to put on sunscreen.”

Strike Anywhere and Pete Marquis recently took home a grand total of six Lions at the 2023 Cannes Lions Festival for their Super Bowl LVII commercials 'Anytime Anytime' for Anytime Fitness and 'Interface Interruption' for Tubi, which famously bewildered and intrigued viewers nationwide.
