Following up on an award-winning collaboration, Paris
agency Rosapark and its client, water sports brand Tribord, recently launched
“Easybreath” to celebrate the launch of the brand's revolutionary full-face snorkelling
mask. Last year, Rosapark won a Silver Lion for an operation they ran for the
brand, in which passersby were lured into drinking seawater to remind them of
the dangers of drowning and how important, not to mention easy, it is to take
preventative measures like wearing a life jacket, a promotion for the release
of Tribord’s Izeber50 vest. This year, the agency has created a captivating
film that showcases the many
benefits of the new Easybreath mask, a next-generation snorkel, and highlights
its enhanced experience.
As the mask covers the entire face, it allows you to breathe naturally underwater, to inhale through your nose and exhale your mouth. As the film illustrates, snorkelers can better appreciate their surroundings, feeling just as at ease as though on land. The film opens with a snorkeler, floating, gazing at his surroundings, and continues with interchanging, often indistinguishable, images of sky and water. Just over halfway through, the camera flips 180° and we see the swimmer from below, realising his whole immersive experience was provided by the Easybreath mask. Thanks to the direction of Fleur&Manu, the film brilliantly merges the underwater universe with that above, and the accompanying score, created by composer Laurent Perez Del Mar, recently awarded a special prize at the Cannes film festival, lets us join in on the serene adventure.
