2AM’s Miranda Bowen returns to commercials with a film for London & Partners and The Brooklyn Brothers for Visit London’s ‘Super Fans - The Rolling Stones’.
The film showcases ‘Exhibitionism’, the first international exhibition on The Rolling Stones held at the Saatchi Gallery, and tells the story of super fan Alex Emanuel from New York City.
We follow his once-in-a-lifetime trip where he gets to meet his idols during his VIP tour of ‘Exhibitionism’
During the Rolling Stones experience Alex visits many iconic places including Edith Grove, Chelsea where the band lived together, Regents Sounds in Denmark Street where they cut their first couple of albums, the 100 Club where they played an impromptu gig in 1982 and Olympic Studios where ‘Sympathy for the Devil’ was recorded.
Created and developed by The Brooklyn Brothers the ‘Fans of London - Rolling Stones’ film is part of a wider campaign, Fans of London, which comprises of four short films that follows the incredible experiences of four super-fans, giving a personal account of their dreams being realised. Other experiences included the a VIP tour of London’s Historic Royal Palaces in honour of the Queen’s 90th Birthday, a private acting workshop with classical actor Simon Callow in celebration of 400 years of Shakespeare, and a special tour of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter with James Phelps (aka Fred Weasley).
The agency chose award-winning Miranda Bowen of 2AM to direct each short film, with the super fans having been identified by the city’s official tourism board,
VisitLondon.com. Additionally, the agency developed the Fans of London look and feel, branding and new logo.
