Leo Burnett USA announced the appointment of Renetta McCann as Chief Talent Officer. McCann will oversee the U.S. agency’s People & Culture group including recruitment, training, benefits and talent management. In this role, she will also serve on the leadership’s Operating Team.
McCann's appointment marks a return to familiar territory, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Starcom MediaVest Group as well as a number of other senior leadership roles within VivaKi, SMG and Leo Burnett. In fact, McCann began her career at Leo Burnett in 1978. She has received numerous awards within the advertising industry and the business community.

She is also certified in the Hogan and Leadership Effectiveness assessments. She is currently on the Board of Directors of The Ancona School in Chicago, The Chicago Shakespeare Theater and The Women’s Initiative.
