Brand consultancy’s 'borderless' and flexible model pays off with recent wins

Independent, female- and minority-owned brand consultancy Red & Co. has announced a string of new business wins since the start of 2022. The assignments span multiple categories (retail, DTC, data privacy) and global regions including the US, EMEA and Asia.

The recent uptick in new business can be attributed to the company’s 'borderless' model as well as its strategic offering that provides upstream thinking and creative brand strategies for growth.

“Red & Co. was built by moms, so flexibility is in our DNA,” said Mira Kaddoura, founder/ECD. “We have a highly agile, remote working model with teams based all over the world, and that has allowed us to broaden our client base and truly position ourselves as a global brand consultancy. We’re excited to be partnering with these new clients to help grow their business and make an impact.”

Wins include the following:

  • Nike - Red & Co. is currently creating a campaign for EMEA around women’s running safety to launch this summer.
  • Theya Healthcare - Based in Ireland, Theya Healthcare is an innovative female-led femtech brand specialising in the design of patented, sustainable, medical and non-medical bras and underwear made from bamboo textiles. Red & Co. is helping rename, reposition and expand the brand as the company scales up and takes its products to a global market/audience.
  • Thousand Miles - Red & Co. has been tasked with repositioning the Malaysian clothing brand for global growth.
  • Transcend - The data privacy platform is partnering with Red & Co. for multiple US digital conversion campaigns including communications, performance media buying, and optimisation.
  • Coop Home Goods, a leading digitally native designer and marketer of adjustable memory-foam pillows and bedding, has selected Red & Co. for a US brand repositioning project.

Red & Co.’s business development is led by Clare Pickens, who was promoted to global managing director earlier this year. Clare, based in Amsterdam, will continue to expand the company’s client base further into Europe and Asia in the coming months.
