RAPP UK has announced the appointment of industry leader Ed Lee to the newly-created role of executive client leadership director. Ed joins from customer experience agency MullenLowe Profero where he was managing director. He also served as global client partner for Mullen Lowe Group.
At RAPP UK, Ed will nurture and grow client business across the agency’s clients and help bring to life RAPP’s “Standing up for individuality” strategy. Reporting into chief executive, Gabby Luzdker, Lee is also tasked with focusing on the agency’s work practices, its talent, and growth.

During more than a decade in the industry, Ed has won and managed clients including Danone Early Life Nutrition, Sloggi, part of Triumph International, and audio company Sennheiser. He worked on the multi award-winning “We are the NHS” campaign and the Magnum Pleasure Sensorium brand experience campaign.
Ed has previously worked as business director at Ogilvy Action and has also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi.
