Radio LBB: From Berlin to Pattaya

This year, Berlin-based music supervision company Tracks & Fields became the official music partner of Adfest, the APAC adland festival in Pattaya, Thailand.

Besides producing the music for the festival’s brand film and award trailers and hosting a workshop on ‘How To Make Music Decisions in Advertising’, they will open up shop in Thailand: “We wanted to create something where delegates could actually interact with music, so we’ve decided to go for the old fashioned way: a real record store,” says CEO Christian Mix-Linzer.

During the festival, Tracks & Fields will run a small pop-up vinyl shop, but with a little twist. Records aren’t sold but rather given away in exchange for a voluntary donation to the charity organisation Save The Children Thailand. The store is packed with a well curated, mouth-watering selection of around 20 of Berlin’s finest electronic music labels such as Boys Noize, Stil Vor Talent, Dystopian, Innervisions, Get Physical, Monkeytown, B-Pitch Control and many more, all of whom have shown great support of the concept and charity. 

As a little teaser, we’re sharing a playlist with some of the tracks from the records that will be heading to Pattaya. The rest of the list will be released after the event!
