Publicis Groupe Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) today announced the appointment of Zsofia Komaromi to CEE Talent Transformation Partner following a six-month interim period. The appointment will see Zsofi assume her new regional responsibilities in addition to her current role as chief talent officer, Publicis Groupe Hungary.
In her regional capacity, reporting to Veronika Borbas, chief talent officer, Publicis Groupe CEE, Zsofi will consult on the regional talent agenda and partner with market talent leaders and key talents across the CEE region to help drive Publicis Groupe CEE’s talent agenda to the next level.
“Publicis Groupe CEE has undergone significant transformation and growth in the last three years. The role of the talent function in partnering with the business has become ever more critical to support the continued growth of our people and business – Zsofi’s appointment is a testament to our commitment as a people-first company,” said Veronika.
Continued Veronika, "Looking inwards for this candidate is a natural first step for us, and Zsofi’s solid experience coupled with her ambition click like two perfect puzzle pieces with what we are looking for. Over her three-year tenure at Publicis Groupe Hungary, she not only successfully built the talent team from scratch, navigated the onboarding and integration of a large batch of new talent, but also supervised the operations, communications, and administration teams. She has also led the creation of people-centric programs such as the recent Women’s Health Program to support female employees, paving the way not just for Publicis Groupe Hungary but also for the market. Her agility, drive for innovation, efficiency, and her ability to build a systemic HR approach made her a fitting candidate to take up this mission for Publicis Groupe CEE. We are thrilled to welcome her onboard and I look forward to working with Zsofi to further our ambition to drive and enrich the growth of our people, culture, and business.”
"I am more than excited to step into this new regional role. This appointment allows me to expand our experimental ‘future of talent' approach across the region, introducing innovative people-focused solutions for talent while maintaining the highest standards to support our business. I am excited to contribute to our continued success by fostering a progressive and inclusive work environment that supports our business objectives and the development of our people."
