Peter Szewcyzk's 'Our Lady of Lourdes'

 

Kickstarter is a funding platform, which gives people the chance to support & bring to life such creative projects as Peter’s ambitious short film.

 

With mentors like James Cameron & George Lucas present at the birth of Peter’s career, who wouldn’t want to see the results of his latest venture? 

 

Peter’s talent for emotional storytelling is clearly communicated in the exciting trailer for ‘Our Lady of Lourdes’, a gripping tale, in which a mentally unstable vagrant comes to the aid of a student. When she tries to return the favour she gets far more than she bargained for.

 

What sets this project apart is that the majority of these ventures are looking for start –up to grow their film from grass roots. ‘Our Lady of Lourdes’ is no mere pipe dream, all it lacks is completion funds for the post production process.

 

After securing a stirling cast including Nick Moran of Harry Potter and Naomi Scott of Steven Spielberg's ‘Terra Nova’ on his cast, Peter couldn’t let this exciting project die, even if it meant draining his own bank account to get this ambitious film shot. But this is not just an exercise in good karma, Kickstarter works on a rewards scheme for every pledge.

 

These rewards vary from a Digital HD copy of the film for a $15 pledge, to an Executive Producer credit for a $2000 pledge! 

 

This Kickstarter fundraiser will be live until Friday 23rd November, if the $15,000 goal isn’t reached, none of the money is taken. Please help ‘Our Lady of Lourdes’ come to life.
