Agency also recognised as #4 among top women-led agencies and #6 among top West/Southwest agencies

Party Land, the award-winning independent comedy agency, has secured the #9 spot on Adweek’s 2023 Fastest Growing Agencies list. This annual accolade spotlights the top 100 agencies globally that have achieved substantial growth over the past three years. Party Land also ranked #4 among the top women-led agencies and #6 among top agencies in the West/Southwest region of the U.S.

Party Land’s impressive growth rate of 597% reflects the creative agency’s unwavering commitment to making humorous and undeniably effective campaigns for clients like Liquid Death, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Wholly Veggie, Drizly, eharmony, Twitch, and more. This success has translated into a 600% increase in revenue over the last three years and a 93% client-return rate.

Commenting on this recognition, Andy Silva, managing partner at Party Land, shared this with Adweek: “From day one, we’ve been all about creating unignorable, convention-breaking work that works. We stuck to our passion for comedy, collaborating with clients that want to have fun with their audiences and turning those audiences into genuine fans. Once they step into the Party Land experience and see the impact these ideas can have on their bottom line, they keep coming back. We’re so grateful to our clients for their trust and for saying yes to getting scared at Party Land.”

Party Land’s vision and culture are the foundation for their growth and success. Launched in 2018 by industry vets Matt Heath and Haley Hunter, Party Land was built on the idea that by focusing on people first, outstanding work would naturally follow.

Haley Hunter, Party Land’s co-founder and chief operating officer, said, “We set out to build the happiest agency on planet Earth, and it turns out, that’s been the recipe for attracting the right mix of creative minds and clients. We’ve rooted our strategy in relationships, creating a culture that values radical honesty, support, empowerment and openness. This environment, full of fun, empathy and trust, has not only fueled our growth but also attracted outstanding talent who thrive in an agency with a distinct vision and focused approach.”

Party Land’s approach is also attracting a more diverse range of clients, all coming to the agency for sharp, comedic campaigns that deliver results. New clients over the last 12 months include Impossible Foods, Jansport, L’Oreal’s Urban Decay, Every Man Jack, and KCRW, and the agency continues to grow existing client partnerships.

This latest recognition joins a growing list of accolades for Party Land in 2023, including being named an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year, an Adweek Breakthrough Agency of the Year, and inclusion in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.
