Customer engagement agency Partners Andrews Aldridge has bolstered its Technology and Innovation (T&I) department with a number of key hires in the area.
Sam Cox has joined the agency as its first ever Senior Creative Technologist, and will be responsible for ensuring the agency has the necessary skills and products to bring the very best ideas to life.
Cox previously worked as a Creative Technologist at Dare, and has also spent time at The Brooklyn Brothers, +rehabstudio and interaction design start-up Little Riot.
The team has also hired Adedamola Sadare as a Product Executive and Jack Clark as a Business Technology Executive.
The moves signal the next phase of development for the T&I team and Partners. The agency’s offering has evolved from digital platforms to an intersection of products, technology and creativity, with functions including product development, creative and business technology.
Spearheaded by Partners’ Chief Innovation Officer, Alastair Cole, the T&I team bring technology and innovation to client briefs to help them achieve their goals, as well as proactively creating products that can help to enhance people’s lives.
Indeed Partners already has a suite of products, including a Content Enrichment tool, Remote User Testing, a Mobile Gamification product and CX Score – a tool that can accurately monitor and benchmark a brand’s digital performance and quickly work out the areas they need to invest in going forward.
Cole says: “This is an exciting time for Partners. We’re always sketching and experimenting with creative ideas and new technologies. With a T&I team focused on creative technology, productisation and business transformation, we’re able to bring tech expertise and make new products and prototypes which engage, inspire and educate our clients – and ultimately enhance their customers’ experiences.”
Martin Nieri, Chief Executive of Partners Andrews Aldridge, says: “We’re constantly looking at how technology and innovation can help improve our clients’ businesses, and with a growing T&I team – complete with research labs, work benches and some of the brightest minds in the business – we’re well positioned to do just that.”
