Nylon Studios 'Art Start' Charity Doc

Nylon Studios have been working on a documentary about disadvantaged youth in New York city and how the power of music has turned their lives around. Thanks to a programme called ‘Art Start’, homeless and court-involved youngsters have found a channel for their creative energy.

 

As a music company, Nylon wanted to find ways of encouraging the young people involved and supplying them with tools and knowledge to give them a better future and also help kick start the next music era.

 

The team at Nylon are convinced that the ‘Art Start’ participants are the future of music, the next generation of rap and hip hop producers. Over the next few months Nylon will be working to help raise enough money to supply the charity with a new music recording studio.
