Campaign created by agency Lemon Scented Tea for the solar panel company asks viewers why buy solar panels if you can also rent?

Why buy if you can also rent? In the new campaign 'getting more from the sun' is the central theme. It is the third integrated campaign within the brand positioning 'Listening gives energy'.

By listening to customers Nuon has come to understand that Dutch people want to get more from the sun, but that for many people one thing really stands in the way.

Friso Westenberg, marketing communications manager at Nuon:  “The purchase of solar panels can be a major barrier for some people and we want to remove that limitation.At Nuon you can now rent solar panels for your own roof. No big upfront investment, no fuss and it also delivers immediate savings. With this innovative new addition, Nuon offers a complete range of sun energy solutions, so everyone can enjoy the sun.”
