Leading hotel brands, Novotel and Mercure have hired integrated creative agency Doner London as lead creative agency for the UK following a review. The brands worked with the consultancy team at the RAR to draw up the shortlist. Part of the AccorHotels brand portfolio, Novotel and Mercure have a network of over 100 hotels in the UK. They have tasked Doner with the development of a suite of multi-channel creative campaigns for the two global midscale hotel brands. Doner will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns spanning TV, content creation, social, digital and experiential to promote the properties amongst business and leisure travellers.
The appointment comes in time for Novotel’s upcoming 50th anniversary this year. Mercure has also tasked Doner with adding value to the customer experience and building momentum for the brand across the UK.
