Norry Niven Signs to Generator

US director Norry Niven has joined the Generator roster. The company recently serviced Norry’s promo trailer for the new series of ’24: Live Another Day’ set in London, and the success of this collaboration has blossomed into a closer relationship with Generator now exclusively representing him as a director in the UK and Europe for the first time.

Born and raised in Texas, Norry cut his teeth shooting music promos alongside directors such as Zack Snyder, before setting up his own production company Stone Core Films, and partnering the launch of LA based production company Three-One-O in 2008.

Known for his visually arresting work, incorporating both humour and storytelling with a raft of A-List actors such as Kiefer Sutherland, Jennifer Lopez, Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, Don Cheadle, Liev Schreiber, Kristen Bell and Laura Linney, Norry has also won scores of awards at prestigious events including Promax and the New York Film Festival. 

Norry has recently completed his first feature ‘From Above’ starring Danny Glover and Graham Greene (twice Oscar nominated) which will be showing at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The film has already won numerous accolades on the international awards circuit.
