Nicholas Berglund's Martin Garde Abildgaard Captures Ai Weiwei's First Greek Exhibition

Nicholas Berglund director Martin Garde Abildgaard recently documented conceptual artist Ai Weiwei's first major exhibition in Greece at the Museum of Cycladic Art, Athens. 

“I have always been fascinated by the work of Ai Weiwei," says Martin. "He is extremely brave and never afraid of putting everything on the line, even though it can be risky for him. His art is never a gimmick but always has a deep, and often very political, message. Ai Weiwei has a unique way of looking at the world, and the condition it’s in, and through his art he gets everyone absorbing his messages.”
