NHS England has today announced that it has retained M&C Saatchi London as the lead strategic and creative agency for its ‘Help Us, Help You’ communications strategy, following a competitive pitch against other agencies on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) roster.
The ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaign, one of NHS England’s two main overarching campaign brands, is designed to save lives by changing the way people access its services, driving effective use of the NHS and encouraging people to get help in the right place and at the right time.
M&C Saatchi London will now continue to partner with NHS England to develop all ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaign activity. The initiative is delivered through a number of different phases aimed at different audiences and with separate aims and objectives.
The next activity to launch as part of the engagement will be a multichannel campaign to support the NHS 111 service.
M&C Saatchi London began working on ‘Help Us, Help You’ in 2018, and has since launched a number of impactful campaigns for cancer and heart attack diagnosis, and the 111 service, amongst others.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
M&C Saatchi London retained it place on the CCS framework when the number of agencies on the roster was reduced from 20 to 12 in 2021.
Phil Bastable, deputy director, head of marketing and social media, NHS England, said, “During our procurement process, M&C Saatchi London stood out with their high-quality strategic thinking and clear commitment to delivering campaigns that make a difference. Following four years of great work together, we’re delighted to be able to continue our partnership as we seek to drive effective use of NHS services.”
Camilla Kemp, CEO, M&C Saatchi London, added: “Having the opportunity to continue to work with NHS England on ‘Help Us, Help You’ means a huge amount to us. It’s testament to the strong, harmonious relationship we have developed and the powerful work we’ve done together, which has made a meaningful difference to public health during the pandemic and beyond. We’re proud to be playing a key role in the NHS’ drive to save lives by changing the way people access its services. It’s another example of how M&C Saatchi London is harnessing creativity to tackle some of the nation’s biggest challenges.”view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessM&C Saatchi London, Thu, 01 Sep 2022 12:22:56 GMT
