To celebrate the opening of their second location in Saint-Henri, the Siboire team is releasing a special edition of their Tchèque mon bike pilsner. Already well-known by the microbrewery’s regulars, this new edition will allow cyclists to shine on the city streets and stay safe.
The exclusive can is different colour than the usual version and has a benevolent concept embedded in it, highlighting the passion for cycling the co-founders of the microbrewery share. The hoppy beer made with Quebecois Saaz, has a reflective label adorned with stickers that will allow cyclists to be seen on the city streets. Nearly 200,000 Quebec cyclists take to the streets in the winter every year. Considering that just over 25% of cycling accidents occur at night, the addition of the reflector stickers to cyclists' clothing will allow them to be seen from a greater distance.
Siboire microbrewery will inaugurate the new establishment on February 29th, in the culturally-rich district of Montreal's South-West. An address that will offer local beer lovers the opportunity to become more deeply rooted in their community, by reflecting the ambiance of the street where it is located. "We love moving into new neighbourhoods, getting to know people and sharing our passion through our beer flavours, our menu that responds to the demands of our clientele, but also through our cycling culture. We really don't do anything by halves, and that's why we've decided to work with our creative partners to design a special edition of our Tchèque mon bike beer," say Jonathan Gaudreault and Pierre-Olivier Boily, co-founders of the microbrewery.
The new location of the Siboire microbrewery is at 3734 Notre-Dame Street West. It opens to the public on February 29th. The special edition of Tchèque mon bike is available at Siboire's Montreal locations while supplies last.
