MEC today named Rob DiGiovanni as President, Client Service. Rob will oversee the day-to-day operations for key global and U.S. clients, providing strategic leadership and facilitating communications to deliver growth for both clients and the agency. He will report to Marla Kaplowitz, CEO, North America.

A proven leader in building and managing multi-national and global teams and businesses, both on the agency and client-side, he knows what it takes to maximize growth for clients as well as talent. Rob joins the Executive Leadership Committee in North America and will be based in New York.
Rob most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer, Growth Markets for Mercer based in Singapore, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments, where he led the marketing function across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prior to joining Mercer, he held a number of senior positions at Ogilvy & Mather in Asia and New York.
Rob has more than 20 years of global integrated marketing industry experience and a proven track record transforming traditional business frameworks to drive growth across diverse companies. His expertise spans digital, strategic planning, client management, and new business, driving demand and top-line revenue growth for marketers and brands.
Rob started his career at Ogilvy in New York where he held several account service roles, before moving to Asia to lead digital efforts for American Express and IBM for across Asia Pacific. During his time at Ogilvy he held leadership roles across multi-national companies, including: IBM, American Express, Unilever, UPS, Philips, among others. In 2011, he was hand-picked to lead the OgilvyOne/IBM relationship as Regional Director based in Asia, overseeing the digital strategy and account management teams across Asia, Middle East, Central/Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Rob also spent time at Mullen (now Mullen Lowe US) in Boston where he helped build out its interactive marketing function.
