MEC, a leading media agency, today announces that Screwfix, the UK’s largest multi-channel trade retailer, has exclusive sponsorship of all Team England football matches on ITV from June 2015 to UEFA Euro 2016.
As its sponsor, Screwfix will receive 140 seconds of sponsorship accreditation per live game, and 80 seconds per highlight show. The deal covers twelve live games and twelve highlight shows, which will be supported by brand new bespoke creative, conceived by LMC and produced by Wordley Production.
MEC Access negotiated and secured the deal on behalf of Screwfix, and will be facilitating and managing the forthcoming sponsorship.
The deal further strengthens Screwfix’s association with broadcast football coverage in the UK, as the brand is also the official sponsor of the Football League on Sky Sports next season.
