The delivery segment has become increasingly important for McDonald’s in recent years. To strengthen this segment, McDonald's Colombia presents its new and exclusive home delivery service through its own team of employees, the ‘McDelivery Crew.’ This action is the brand's commitment to elevate and add value to the delivery experience for its customers.
To present this new service, inspiration was taken from the decisive moment when ordering from McDonald's and when the order arrived. The reaction produced by the sound of the doorbell is an overflow of emotions, a feeling that McDonald's calls "happy chaos."
To capture that exact second of happiness that we all feel when a McDelivery arrives, cameras were installed on the caps of the employees responsible for delivering food door-to-door, creating a campaign of genuine and spontaneous photos captured by the McDelivery Crew. They were responsible for taking hundreds of photographs of different people in their homes and workplaces; the best ones were selected for the campaign.
This initiative demonstrates that sometimes happiness only takes a second to appear.
