McCann Germany Announces New Creative Leadership Team Structure

McCann Germany announced today a reorganization of the agency's creative leadership, elevating internal talent in addition to welcoming multi-award-winning creative Pedro Americo. Americo has been on board as executive creative director at McCann since beginning of March and will be responsible for the creative leadership of the agency together with his highly awarded colleagues Donovan Bryan, Alexander Holtz and Evelyn Stifter. Together the four ECDs form what the agency is terming the "Creative Brain Trust" and will work closely with teams from all disciplines across all McCann Germany office locations.

Brazilian Pedro Americo has lived in Europe since 2007 and comes to McCann from R/GA. His previous roles included BBDO, Antoni, VMLY&R in London and already McCann in Germany from 2008 - 2010 and before that in Brazil.

Award-winning South African Donovan Bryan has been with McCann Germany for two years and previously worked at Publicis, DDB and TBWA/Hunt/Lascaris in South Africa, among others, where he made a name for himself with numerous successful works for well-known brands.

Alexander Holtz, who has also been working for McCann for two years, has already won more than 100 national and international awards in his career to date and can look back on positions at Jung von Matt/Limmat, BBDO, Havas and Antoni, among others.

Evelyn Stifter has been on board at McCann for six years as a creative and proven trade and marketing expert. In her career, she has successfully led both the creative and production teams for well-known retail groups on several occasions.

All four are part of the senior leadership team at McCann Germany.
