Martin Sorrell's car

On a lovely Spring day in 1986 advertising supremo Martin Sorrell took delivery of a shiny new grey BMW 535i. It was registered new to Y&R and stayed in the family until well into the 90s. Looking at the latest model I wonder if Mr Sorrell wishes he'd kept hold of the car. Perhaps not as refined as whatever Mr Sorrell is driving nowadays perhaps he'll see this post and feel just a little nostalgic for those bygone days. It just goes to show that even in the 1980s some things were a little more classy and understated than they are today.
