The Whitehouse is set to be filled with the sound of laughter following the latest addition to their team. The comedy editor Mark Everson has joined their ranks as a freelancer for commercials. Mark’s history of cutting some of the greatest comedy in recent years knows no bounds, collaborating with the likes of Steve Coogan, John Landis, Becky Martin, Paul King, Declan Lowney, Noel Fielding and Tristrum Shapiro.
His TV reel includes Bafta award winning shows like Peep Show and The Mighty Boosh along with Facejacker and Come Fly with Me. He has also cut a plethora of documentaries for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky Atlantic.
In film he edited Noel Clarke’s 4321 and more recently he cut the long awaited film Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa. The addition of Mark’s eye for comedy will re-affirm The Whitehouse’s reputation for excellence in editing.
