Marc Silver's 'Who Is Dayani Cristal' Wins at Amnesty International Media Awards

Annex documentary director Marc Silver's feature length documentary ‘Who Is Dayani Cristal?’ which he co-directed with Gael Garcia Bernal won the award for Best Documentary at the prestigious Amnesty International Media Awards.

The awards took place at the British Film Institute and were hosted by Channel 4 News’ International Editor, Lindsey Hilsum. Now in their 23rd year, the awards recognise excellence in human rights reporting and acknowledge journalism’s significant contribution to public awareness and understanding of human rights issues.
