Madam Films Supports Eco Initiative Just One Tree

Becomes first production company to partner with social enterprise, committing to a donation per green-lit shoot

Madam Films Supports Eco Initiative Just One Tree

UK service production company, Madam Films, has taken a step in recognising the need to take into account the environmental footprint that production leaves. By committing to partnering with Just One Tree, every confirmed production will include a donation that goes directly to planting trees in five global regions with a focus on carbon sequestration and agroforestry. In addition to playing a role in reforestation, the benefits of planting trees further supports local communities in providing agricultural education & sustainable income.

Carly Stone, co-founder/executive producer, Madam Films, comments: "Initiatives like Adgreen and Albert have assisted Madam in understanding how we can make simple steps in reducing waste and our production footprint. With seven Madam children in tow, it was evident we needed to act further in the workplace for their future. Just One Tree is the perfect partner that has a simple yet hugely effective strategy, if more companies in our industry sign up, the difference could be planet saving, £1 for 1 tree."

By joining Just One Tree, in tandem with their other partners, Madam is adding its voice and actively working towards a collective achievement that can take positive action on climate change.

Just One Tree joins Adgreen on MADAM’s corporate social responsibility agenda to reduce their carbon footprint and in part address the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
